In a study of more than 4,000 women, the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that you can eat your way to great skin – those who ate more foods rich in vitamin C had fewer wrinkles, while higher intakes of essential fats resulted in less dryness and thinning.
Foods high in vitamin C include citrus fruits, strawberries, red peppers, broccoli, papaya and kiwi. Essential fats are in seeds, nuts, wholegrains and wheatgerm.
